The Board of Directors shall determine the policies and activities of the Corporation within the confines of the stated purposes of the Corporation contained in the Articles of Incorporation bylaws, and by meetings of the Board of Directors of any Executive Committee.
Term of Office
Four members, each appointed by the Martin County Commissioners for 3 year terms. Additional members are appointed by the Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors.
