In North Carolina, Child Support services are available to anyone who wants or needs help in establishing or collecting child support. Martin County offers assistance in establishing paternity for children born out of wedlock by DNA testing. We establish support orders and if the non-custodial parent fails to pay his obligation, we will take legal action on behalf of the client. Child Support money is distributed by either direct deposit or money is put on a debit card issued by North Carolina Child Support. If client or children are receiving Medicaid or Workfirst, there is no fee for our services. However, if Medicaid or Workfirst is not being received, there is a $25 fee for our services.
